We only ask for what we need to deliver your shoes and look after your order.
What we keep
Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and the orders you place. If you create an account, also your password (stored scrambled, never readable) and the addresses you save.
How we use it
To deliver your order and to email you about it: the confirmation, when it is on its way, when it arrives, and any return or exchange you ask for.
Payments
Card payments are handled by PayHere on their own secure page. We never see or store your card details.
Your account
Signed in, you can see your orders and change your saved addresses at any time. To correct or delete anything else we hold about you, write to us.
